We are committed to supporting the welfare of Curly Coated Retrievers throughout every stage of their lives. From time to time, adult Curlies become available for rehoming due to changes in their owner's circumstances. Our goal is to help find the right home for every Curly in need.
At present, we do not have any Curly Coated Retrievers available for rescue or rehoming.

Looking for a Curly Puppy?
If you're interested in welcoming a Curly Coated Retriever puppy into your family, we'd love to hear from you.
The Club maintains a list of prospective puppy owners and can help direct enquiries to our registered breeders when litters become available. Registering your interest does not guarantee a puppy, but it allows us to better understand what you're looking for and connect you with breeders who may have suitable puppies available.
Before contacting us, we encourage you to:
- Learn about the breed and ensure a Curly is the right fit for your lifestyle.
- Be prepared to discuss your home, experience with dogs, and what you're looking for in a companion.
- Understand that there may be a waiting period, as Curlies are a rare breed and litters are carefully planned.

Rescue & Rehoming Policy
The Curly Coated Retriever Club of Victoria supports the ethical rehoming of Curly Coated Retrievers whenever the need arises.
Where possible, the Club will:
- Assist owners who can no longer care for their Curly.
- Work with breeders and volunteers to assess suitable homes.
- Match rescue dogs with appropriate families based on temperament and lifestyle.
- Promote responsible ownership and lifelong commitment to the breed.
Every rescue or rehoming situation is unique, and the Club's priority is always the welfare of the dog.
